Shopping in our online store is simple and convenient. Just follow these steps:

1. Adding Products to Your Cart

Browse our catalogue and choose the items you like. You can compare products or add them to your favourites. When ready, click “Add to Cart”. Once you finish shopping, go to the “Basket” page to see the full list of your selected products. Here you can:

• Change the quantity of items
• Remove products if necessary
• Enter a valid promo code (if you have one)

2. Order Confirmation

Fill in the required delivery details: recipient’s name, address, contact information, delivery method, and payment method. Click “Checkout” to complete your order. A copy of your order will be automatically sent to your email.

⚠️ Please double-check your phone number and address. Incorrect details may cause delivery delays. If you cannot receive your order at the scheduled time, contact our manager to arrange a more convenient time.

Registered users can access their Personal Account to:

• View their basket and order history
• Repeat or cancel orders
• Subscribe to our news and updates

3. Payment and Prices

All prices on our website are final and include VAT. No extra charges apply under standard delivery conditions.

⚠️ Please note: only one payment method can be selected per order. Partial payments are not accepted.

Available payment methods:

• Paysera (online payment system) – Pay securely with credit/debit cards and other payment options via the Paysera system. After entering your card details, the order amount will be charged immediately.
• Bank transfer – Transfer the amount to our bank account indicated on the prepayment invoice. Please include your order number in the payment reference to avoid delays. Payment may take up to 3 business days. After we receive your payment, your order will be shipped.
